本規約は、ユーザーと開発者との間の、本アプリ Align の利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
本アプリでは、一部機能を解放するための有料サブスクリプション、プレミアムプランを提供しています。
支払いは、購入確定時にユーザーのApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新されます。ユーザーは端末のアカウント設定から契約の管理と解約を行うことができます。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
開発者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵、安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みますが、これらがないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
開発者は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害、データの消失、端末の故障、事業利益の損失、精神的苦痛、その他一切の不利益について、一切の責任を負いません。
重要な画像データ等は、ユーザー自身の責任において標準の写真アプリ等へバックアップを行ってください。
開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。
本アプリは、定点観測機能を提供するために、ユーザーの端末のカメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求めます。
撮影された画像、追加された写真データ、およびフォルダ情報は、すべてユーザーのデバイス本体のローカル環境にのみ保存されます。開発者がこれらの画像データを外部サーバーに送信、収集、または閲覧することは一切ありません。
本アプリでは、広告配信および利用状況解析、サブスクリプション管理のために、以下の第三者モジュールを利用しています。これらのモジュールは、個人を特定できない範囲で匿名化されたユーザー情報を取得する場合があります。
本アプリからリンクやバナーなどによって他のサイトに移動された場合、移動先サイトで提供される情報、サービス等について一切の責任を負いません。
本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

These terms apply to all relationships between the user and the developer regarding the use of the application Align, hereinafter referred to as the App.
The App offers a paid subscription, Premium Plan, to unlock certain features.
Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage and cancel subscriptions in their device's account settings after purchase.
Users must not engage in the following actions:
The developer does not guarantee, explicitly or implicitly, that the App is free from factual or legal defects, including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights.
The developer shall not be held liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, device failure, loss of business profit, emotional distress, or any other disadvantages incurred by the user arising from the use of the App.
Users are strictly responsible for backing up important image data to the standard Photos app or other secure locations at their own risk.
The developer reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notifying the user, if deemed necessary.
The App requires access to the user's device camera and photo library to provide the fixed-point observation features.
All captured images, added photo data, and folder information are stored exclusively on the user's local device. The developer does not transmit, collect, or view these image data on any external servers.
The App uses the following third-party modules for ad delivery, usage analytics, and subscription management. These modules may collect anonymized user information that cannot identify individuals.
The developer is not responsible for any information, services, or products provided on other websites when you navigate to them via links or banners from this App.
The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to the user. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when posted on this website.
